Mangalam Cement confirms timely securities dematerialization processing per SEBI regulations

Mangalam Cement Limited submitted a certificate to the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming that securities received for dematerialization from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, were processed and updated within 15 days, as per regulations, and the confirmation was issued by Mas Services Limited, the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA).
