Allcargo Logistics to invest Rs 1,76,840 in associate firm Allcargo Group Services

Allcargo Logistics Limited announced that its board approved an investment of Rs 1,76,840 in 60 equity shares of its associate company, Allcargo Group Services Private Limited, through a rights issue. The investment, made at arm’s length, will increase Allcargo Logistics Limited’s shareholding in Allcargo Group Services Private Limited from 25%, with the transaction expected to be completed on or before September 30, 2026. Allcargo Group Services Private Limited, incorporated on September 1, 2018, reported a turnover of Rs 18,00,000 for the fiscal year 2025-26 and operates in the business support services sector in India.
