UCO Bank will hold a board meeting on October 15, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited. The trading window for the bank's directors, designated persons, and insiders will remain closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
