RO Jewels Limited announced that its shareholders approved the appointment of M/s P H Shah and Co., Chartered Accountants, as the company's statutory auditor for a term of five consecutive financial years, commencing from financial year 2026-27 to 2030-31, at its 8th Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026.
