Omkar Overseas Limited, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, confirmed that securities received for dematerialization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, were processed and listed on stock exchanges, and certificates were mutilated and cancelled, with the depositories substituted as registered owners, according to a certificate from MUFG Intime India Private Limited.
