Harish Textile Engineers Limited reports unpaid principal and interest on debentures

Harish Textile Engineers Limited informed the BSE that it has discharged interest liability up to June 30, 2026, on its 7% Unlisted, Secured, Unrated, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (Old Series III & Series IV Debentures), but the principal amount of Rs 2,11,50,900 and accrued interest from July 1, 2026, remain unpaid due to ongoing financial constraints; the company had issued 71,030 Old Series III Debentures and 146,789 Series IV Debentures on September 21, 2022, with a tenure of three years.
