HMA Agro Industries confirms compliance with SEBI regulations via Bigshare Services

HMA Agro Industries Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited and The National Stock Exchange of India Limited that Bigshare Services Private Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, issued a certificate confirming compliance under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.
