Benara Bearings received RTA confirmation regarding demat share holdings for the September quarter

Benara Bearings and Pistons Limited informed the BSE Limited that Bigshare Services Private Limited, its Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA), has issued a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming that the regulation is not applicable as the company’s shares are held in demat form and no requests for rematerialisation were received during the period from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026.
