Exxaro Tiles confirms Regulation 74(5) non-applicability through Bigshare Services

Exxaro Tiles Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that Bigshare Services Private Limited, the company's registrar and share transfer agent, has confirmed the non-applicability of Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as all shares are held in demat form and no requests for rematerialization or dematerialization were received.
