Hawkins Cookers submits dematerialization certificate to BSE, compliant with SEBI regulations

Hawkins Cookers Limited informed the BSE Limited that it is attaching a confirmation certificate from its Registrar & Share Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd., regarding the dematerialization of share certificates for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
