Real Touch Finance Limited informed the BSE that its board approved the nomination and remuneration committee’s recommendation to appoint Mrs. Viji Shankaren and Mr. Karuppana Gounder Rajendran as directors, subject to Reserve Bank of India approval, and approved the appointment of Mrs. Mathangi G as Chief Financial Officer, effective October 9, 2026.
