Lloyds Metals & Energy Ltd announced that Crisil Ratings Limited has reaffirmed and assigned credit ratings for various instruments. Specifically, Crisil Ratings reaffirmed the Long Term Rating of ‘Crisil AA/Stable’ and Short Term Rating of ‘Crisil A1+’ for the company’s bank loan facilities, previously enhanced from Rs. 8500 crore to Rs. 17112 crore. Furthermore, Crisil Ratings reaffirmed the Long Term Rating of ‘Crisil AA/Stable’ for Non-Convertible Debentures amounting to Rs. 2500, assigned a Long Term Rating of ‘Crisil AA/Stable’ for Non-Convertible Debentures amounting to Rs. 1550, and assigned a Long Term Rating of ‘Crisil AA/Stable’ for Non-Convertible Debentures amounting to Rs. 2400.
