Hexagon Nutrition Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that KFin Technologies Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, has issued a certificate pertaining to dematerialized and rematerialized securities for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
