RSWM Limited, formerly Rajasthan Spinning & Weaving Mills Limited, will close its trading window for designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the board meeting to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
