Safa Systems confirms all shares are dematerialized, per SEBI regulations

Safa Systems & Technologies Limited informed the BSE Limited that all shares of the company are in dematerialized form and no requests for dematerialization or rematerialization were received from shareholders or Share Transfer Agents (Cameo Corporate Services Limited) during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
