Coromandel Agro Products and Oils Limited held its 50th Annual General Meeting on August 8, 2026, at its factory premises in Jandrapeta, Andhra Pradesh, where Chairman Maddi Venkateswara Rao presided and provided an overview of the company’s financial performance for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, and the edible oil industry. The meeting, attended by 16 members, also included e-voting and a poll for resolutions including the adoption of audited financial statements, re-appointment of Mr. Meadem Sekhar, declaration of a final dividend of Rs 1.50 per share, and ratification of the cost auditor’s remuneration.
