VEDIC AYURVEDA LIMITED, formerly known as KD Leisures Limited, informed the BSE Limited and The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited on October 9, 2026, that details of securities dematerialized/rematerialized during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, have been furnished by Purva Sharegistry (India) Pvt. Ltd. to both stock exchanges, as required under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
