Veranda Learning Solutions Limited informed the BSE and National Stock Exchange of India that it will close its trading window for securities from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
