Ujjivan Small Finance Bank approves allotment of equity shares under ESOP plan

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited announced that its Stakeholders Relationship Committee approved the allotment of 19,08,578 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each under the Ujjivan Small Finance Bank - Employee Stock Option Plan 2019, increasing the bank’s paid-up capital from Rs 19,51,05,63,420 to Rs 19,52,96,49,200.
