Solvex Edibles Limited, formerly known as Solvex Edibles Private Limited, informed the BSE Limited that its members approved the appointment of CS Manoj Kumar Agarwal, Proprietor of M/s M. Agarwal & Associates, as Secretarial Auditor for the financial year 2025-26 to 2029-30, effective September 30, 2026, with a term from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2030.
