Patel Retail confirms Regulation 74(5) not applicable for quarter ended September 30, 2026

Patel Retail Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange that Bigshare Services Private Limited has confirmed that Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 is not applicable to the company for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, as all shares are held in demat form and no requests for rematerialisation or dematerialisation were received.
