Kanoria Energy & Infrastructure Limited, formerly A Infrastructure Limited, announced that its board of directors approved a revision in the remuneration of Whole Time Director Anish Kanoria to Rs 120 lakh per annum, effective November 01, 2026, subject to member approval.
