Schneider Electric Infrastructure submits certificate to Indian exchanges regarding share transfer

Schneider Electric Infrastructure Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd that it is enclosing a certificate received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent of the company, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
