MEP Infrastructure Developers submits certificate to NSE and BSE regarding securities

MEP Infrastructure Developers Limited, currently under a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, has submitted a certificate to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited, as per Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026. The certificate, received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited (formerly Link Intime India Private Limited), confirms the confirmation of securities received for dematerialization and their listing on stock exchanges.
