SPR Auto Technologies Ltd, formerly Shriram Pistons & Rings Ltd, has received a certificate from Alankit Assignments Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, confirming compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, related to physical share certificates received for dematerialization.
