SKF India shareholders approved Sujeeth Pai’s designation change to Managing Director for five years

SKF India (Industrial) Limited announced that shareholders approved the change in designation of Mr. Sujeeth Pai (DIN: 07763929) from Whole Time Director to Managing Director for a term of five consecutive years, effective September 1, 2026, following a Postal Ballot whose results were declared on October 15, 2026.
