Vedant Fashions Limited’s committee approved allotment of shares to employees under a stock option scheme

Vedant Fashions Limited announced that its Nomination & Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 303 equity shares of Rs 1 face value each to eligible employees following the exercise of stock options under the VFL Employee Stock Option Scheme 2018 – Scheme Pratham, increasing the company's paid-up share capital to Rs 24,29,77,548 divided into 24,29,77,548 equity shares of Re. 1 each.
