Tandhan Energies Limited, formerly known as Shah Foods Limited, announced that shareholders of its material subsidiary, Tandhan Power Technologies Private Limited, re-appointed M/s. N. Agarwala & Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN: 315097E) as statutory auditor for a second term of five consecutive years, effective from the conclusion of the 8th Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026, until the Annual General Meeting in 2031.
