Indo National Limited invests Rs 3,90,94,666 to increase its stake in Axial Aero

Indo National Limited announced an investment of Rs 3,90,94,666 in Class C Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares of Axial Aero Private Limited, increasing its stake in the company to 7.97% from 7.67%. The investment, made via the acquisition of 35,249 shares at a price of Rs 1,109.10 per share, will facilitate business growth and revenue generation for Indo National, according to a regulatory filing. Axial Aero Private Limited, incorporated in 2020, develops motion-based flight simulators and has a turnover of Rs 1,43,30,818 for fiscal year 2025-2026.
