SK Minerals & Additives appoints Lal Ghai & Associates as auditors for five years

SK Minerals & Additives Limited announced that its members approved the appointment of M/s Lal Ghai & Associates as secretarial auditors for five consecutive years, beginning financial year 2026-27. Additionally, the company regularized the appointment of Mrs. Sunita Rani as an Executive Director, and changed the designations of Mr. Rohit Jindal and Mr. Shubham Jindal from Executive Director to Whole-time Director, along with revisions to their remuneration. Mrs. Sunita Rani’s designation was also changed to Whole-time Director.
