Avenue Supermarts Limited, the parent company of DMart, confirmed receipt of a compliance certificate under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, its registrar and share transfer agent.
