MPS Pharmaa shareholders re-appointed directors and auditors at their annual meeting

MPS Pharmaa Limited, formerly Advik Laboratories Limited, said shareholders at its 32nd Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Ram Niwas Sharma as a Non-Executive Director, the appointment of Ms. Anchal Goyal as an Independent Director, and the re-appointment of M/s. Nemani Garg Agarwal & Co. as Statutory Auditors for a five-year term. The company also adopted its audited financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, and approved related party transactions.
