Zensar Technologies allotted equity shares to employees following stock option exercises

Zensar Technologies Limited announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 162,619 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 2 each to employees against the exercise of employee stock options on October 07, 2026, increasing the company's issued and subscribed share capital to Rs. 455,486,664 divided into 227,743,332 equity shares.
