Indergiri Finance Limited confirmed activities related to security certificates received for dematerialization were maintained from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, by its Register and Share Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Private Limited, as per Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
