Netlink Solutions confirms Mr. Nikhare's departure as Director following the AGM

Netlink Solutions (India) Limited informed the BSE that Mr. Dilipkumar Gajanand Nikhare ceased to be a Director of the Company with effect from September 29, 2026, following the Annual General Meeting, as per the provisions of regulation 17(1C)(a) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.
