Garden Reach appoints Kumar and Singh as Independent Directors for three years

Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Limited announced that Dharminder Kumar and Laish ram Meenabanta Singh have been appointed as Part-time Non-Official Directors (Independent Directors) on the company’s board for a period of three years, or until further orders, as per a letter from the Ministry of Defence dated October 5, 2026, and received on October 6, 2026.
