UR Sugar Industries Limited, formerly known as HKG Limited, will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on Wednesday, September 02, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. at its registered office in Bellad Bagewadi, Belgaum, Karnataka, to consider the Audit Report from Statutory Auditors for the year ended March 31, 2026, the Secretarial Audit Report for the year ended March 31, 2026, the Internal Audit Report for the year ended March 31, 2026, the Director’s Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, finalize the date of the Annual General Meeting (AGM), finalize the E-voting date, fix the cut-off date to determine the entitlement of voting rights of members for E-Voting, appoint a Scrutinizer for the AGM, approve the Notice for Convening Annual General Meeting, consider and approve the Annual Report for fiscal year 2025-26, and other routine matters.
