AXISCADES Technologies Limited, formerly AXISCADES Engineering Technologies Limited, announced the incorporation of a step-down subsidiary, XIDA DEEPTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, in India on October 5, 2026, according to a regulatory filing. XIDA DEEPTECH PRIVATE LIMITED will operate in the electronics, semiconductor, artificial intelligence, and deep tech industries, providing engineering, design, manufacturing, technology, consulting, and technical services, and is a step-down subsidiary of AXISCADES Technologies Limited through its holding company, XIDA PRIVATE LIMITED.
