Hathway Cable reports no dematerialization requests received between July and September

Hathway Cable and Datacom Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that MUFG Intime India Private Limited, the company’s Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agent, confirmed that no requests for dematerialization or rematerialization of securities were received for the period from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
