Anupam Rasayan promoter pledged and released shares as security for debt repayment

Anupam Rasayan India Limited disclosed that Mona Anandbhai Desai, a promoter holding 3.64% or 41,40,625 equity shares of the company, has created and released pledges on shares as security for debt. Specifically, 14,60,625 shares were pledged to Catalyst Trusteeship Limited for non-convertible debentures issued by Mates Visa Consultancy Private Limited and Rehash Industrial and Resins Chemicals Private Limited, and subsequently released to STCI Finance Limited and Aditya Birla Capital Limited after repayment.
