Vaibhav Global Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that it will close its trading window for share transactions for designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the board meeting concludes to consider unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, with the board meeting date to be announced later.
