G.S. Auto International appoints Joga Singh and Vineet Gupta as directors for five years

AUTO INTERNATIONAL LIMITED announced that shareholders approved the appointment of Mr. Joga Singh and Mr. Vineet Gupta as Independent Directors for a five-year term effective August 29, 2026, at the company’s 52nd Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2026. Additionally, the company appointed M/s. Baldev Arora & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years commencing April 1, 2026, and M/s. C S Arora & Associates as Statutory Auditors from the conclusion of the current AGM until the conclusion of the 57th Annual General Meeting.
