Eastern Treads re-appointed directors, including Mr. Meeran as Managing Director through 2031

Eastern Treads Limited informed the BSE that its members re-appointed Mr. Naiju Joseph as a director, regularized the appointment of Mr. Navas Meeran as Managing Director for a term until February 13, 2031, and regularized the appointment of Mr. Karandeep Singh as an Independent Director, all effective September 29, 2026. Mr. Meeran, who was initially appointed on February 14, 2026, is the current Chairman of the Meeran Group of Companies, while Mr. Singh is an Investor and Executive Director at Aspire Impact.
