Punjab National Bank restricts insider trading ahead of September 2026 financial results

Punjab National Bank informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that it has closed the trading window for designated persons, immediate relatives of designated persons, and insiders from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the bank’s financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with Securities and Exchange Board of India regulations.
