Asston Pharmaceuticals Limited, formerly Asston Pharmaceuticals Private Limited, announced that its members approved the re-appointment of Ashish Narayan Sakalkar as Managing Director, and the appointment of M/s Panchal S K & Associates as Statutory Auditors, at a shareholder resolution passed on September 29, 2026. The company also announced increases in the remuneration of Saili Jayaram More, Whole-time Director and CEO, and Sachin Chandrakant Badakh, Non-Executive Director.
