Rap Corp Limited reappoints Rupinder Singh Arora as Managing Director for five years

Rap Corp Limited, formerly known as Rap Media Limited, announced the reappointment of Mr. Rupinder Singh Arora as Managing Director, effective August 1, 2026, at the company’s 32nd Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026. Mr. Arora’s reappointment is for a period of five years, ending July 31, 2031, and he will not receive remuneration unless separately approved by shareholders. Ms. Ritika Arora, a Non-Executive Director, is related to Mr. Rupinder Singh Arora.
