CG Power allocates shares under its 2021 plan, boosting equity share capital

CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited announced on October 15, 2026, that it has allotted 5,700 equity shares of Rs 2 each, fully paid up, at an exercise price of Rs 635.10 per share to eligible employees under its Employee Stock Option Plan 2021, increasing the company's paid-up equity share capital from Rs 315,09,36,618 to Rs 315,09,48,018 comprising of 157,54,74,009 equity shares.
