AXISCADES Technologies transfers engineering services business to Akkodis entities on October 1

AXISCADES Technologies Limited completed the transfer of its engineering services business, including operations of Epcogen Private Limited, AXISCADES UK Limited and AXISCADES Inc., to Akkodis India Private Limited, Akkodis UK Limited and Akkodis Inc., respectively, on October 1, 2026, following an amendment agreement finalized on September 25, 2026. The amendment revises commercial and operational terms of the original transaction, including temporary holdbacks of USD 3,314,216 and USD 800,000 pending transfer of business contracts and repayment of a bank facility, and adjustments to indemnity provisions, but does not alter the overall transaction value previously disclosed.
