Goel Food Products halts trading for insiders pending financial results in late 2026

Goel Food Products Limited will close its trading window for designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited standalone financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015; the company’s designated depository, National Securities Depository Limited, will freeze the PANs of designated persons and their immediate relatives during this period.
