DLF Limited confirms no demat requests received between July and September 2026

DLF Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that Kfin Technologies Limited, acting as the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, confirmed no demat requests were received at the RTA end during the period of July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, as per Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.
